This journey was created to support your children with healthy tools & practices for self-expression, nervous system regulation, emotional release and self-love. Let's shine!
Why I Created This Journey
If you landed here, I imagine you are a parent or guardian who is looking for a fun, positive, educational experience for your child/children to express themselves. If this is correct, then you’ve come to the right place!
I help conscious parents by providing a fun, supportive environment for their kids to express themselves, so they can have more joy & unity in the household, more self-care time, and vibrant, happy children.
Now more than ever, children are in need of joyful, safe environments that support their creative expression.
I believe play and creativity are essential for children's (and adults), overall sense of wellbeing and mental health. I am passionate about supporting kids to fully express themselves, and teaching them positive,
healthy tools and practices for emotional release & regulation.
The first critical period of brain development begins around age 2 and concludes around age 7. It provides a prime opportunity to lay the foundation for a holistic education for children. What they absorb in this time period matters greatly and can influence and shape the rest of their lives. Research supports that exposure to a creative learning environment helps children to develop physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively. Far too many children these days are glued to screens, sitting with terrible posture and not exercising their bodies enough. Kids are meant to move, explore the world around them, use their imagination and have fun! This journey is designed to keep your children engaged and mentally stimulated, while also guiding them to move their bodies and express themselves in fun, creative and healthy ways. My intention is to support your children to increase their self-esteem & confidence, teach them Self-love practices and provide them guidance for self expression in a variety of ways so they can feel more vibrant, happy and confident!
Hey! I'm Hayley Flinn
As an Embodiment Guide & Artist, I am passionate about supporting people to creatively express themselves and live in alignment with their souls truth.
I believe it is so important to guide & teach the next generation healthy tools and practices for creative exploration
and authentic self-expression.
I have many years of experience working with children of all ages through personal care support work, nannying, kids
party entertainment & in-person embodiment classes for kids.
I'm also a trained actor, certified dance facilitator, breathwork practitioner, & musical theatre kid at heart.
I knew I had to create this journey because I see an important need for more positive, creative guidance for children.
I hope to be a support guide for your little ones through implementing healthy, fun activities for play and exploration,
with a sprinkle of humour and giggles along the way. ♡
This Journey Is Designed To:
✦ Guide your kids to dance and move their bodies in creative ways.
✦ Encourage your kids to sing and express themselves with their voice.
✦ Teach them breathing practices for calming their nervous systems.
✦ Support them through sacred shaking as a way to release emotion in a healthy way.

✦ Educate them about different emotions, reminding them it is safe to feel and express themselves.
✦ Demonstrate self-acceptance with a puppet story that supports their growth & wellbeing.
✦ Enhance kids confidence, self-esteem & self-worth.

✦ Allow you to have some self-care time, or more bonding time with your children if you choose to participate with them.
Throughout this 50+ minute journey, you kids will immerse into an experience of play, imagination & wild creative expression as we delve into a world of wonder, with some animal friends and humour accompanying us along the way. ☺

The benefit of this journey is that kids can participate in the safety of their own home, in their own time, with the option to choose which sections they want to engage in, or go through the whole journey from start to finish. And they can participate as many times as they like!

Hayley Flinn
Hayley Flinn is an artist, embodiment guide & filmmaker. She created
Vibrant Embodiment® to support people on their journey to embodying their truth and expressing their full, vibrant essence.
Hayley is passionate about facilitating transformational experiences that deepen ones connection with themselves, so they may express their authenticity and live in alignment with their souls truth.
Over many years of studying a wide range of modalities and navigating her own self-discovery journey, she has come to realize the importance of Self-love as a core foundation of healing and transformation. She has gained deep experience & wisdom healing personal trauma and connecting to her higher self, through embodiment practices such as breathwork, conscious dance, plant medicine, somatic bodywork, yoga, and therapy, among other modalities.
Hayley is a certified Breathwork Practitioner, Dance As Medicine Facilitator, Dharma/Spiritual Life Coach, Shamanic Drum Dance Journey Facilitator, Filmmaker & Actor. She has experience guiding children & adults through a variety of embodiment journeys to support them in connecting with their bodies and to more fully express themselves. Through her artistry, facilitation & embodiment, Hayley’s purpose is to guide you deeper & deeper, back home to yourself.

1:1 Session DetailsThe session will be personalised for you based on your intention & music preferences. You will be lovingly guided every step of the way as we journey together through an expereince unlike any other. This process includes intention setting, an oracle card reading, guided meditation, breathwork facilitation (with music), and integration. I will go over the breathing tehnique with you before we start. The active breathing portion of the session is approx 35 mins, with a 10-15 min rest at the end. The session will be approximately 75 minutes but I would advise allowing 90 minutes for yourself incase we go overtime. The session will take place on Zoom. You will be sent the Zoom link once your appointment has been booked. In special circumstances I can accomadate in-person sessions. If this is of interest to you and you live in Vancouver, please enquire about this via email before booking your session. Thank you. If you are planning to drive somewhere after the session, allow yourself time to walk around the block outside to help with the grounding process before operating machinery. Please ensure you read the 'Contraindications to Breathwork' section above before booking a session. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Scheduling InfoScheduling: Choose from the session options below and click on the 'Book Now' button. You will be directed to Paypal where you can puchase your session or bundle. Then click on the link to the Calendly site where you can book in your preferred time and date. You will be emailed a confirmation of your session/s. *Please note that session times are in PST time zone. Cancelation Policy: If you have to cancel a scheduled session, communication must come in with AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE, or else it will count as a missed session. It is okay to reschedule with appropriate notice - the earlier the better.
