The style of breathwork I facilitate is an ancient two step breath, in and out through the mouth. Belly, chest, exhale ~ like a wave moving up through the body & out. Similar to breathwave & conscious connected breathing.
We start with a guided meditation, then gently transition to the breathing technique. We will slowly start to build in momentum & pace with the music, until we reach a peak where I will invite you to let out a big sound. This is optional of course, and if you’d like a more relaxed breathwork journey, you can breathe at a slower pace. After the peak, we start to come back down from the wave into a rest and receive period. It is always encouraged to feel into your own capacity and listen to your body.
