Offer yourself a pause for some self-care time and connect with your breath in a loving & supportive environment. This is a space to delve into your inner landscape and truly be with yourself, your feelings, your body, your breath & your heart. Open, receive, release.

The style of breathwork I facilitate is an ancient two step breath, in and out through the mouth. Belly, chest, exhale ~ like a wave moving up through the body & out. Similar to breathwave & conscious connected breathing.
We start with a guided meditation, then gently transition to the breathing technique. We will slowly start to build in momentum & pace with the music, until we reach a peak where I will invite you to let out a big sound. This is optional of course, and if you’d like a more relaxed breathwork journey, you can breathe at a slower pace.
After the peak, we start to come back down from the wave into a rest and receive period.
It is always encouraged to feel into your own capacity and listen to your body.

No prior experience necessary, I will go over everything before we start! Any sounds, sensations, feelings are welcome throughout the journey. All of you is welcome. Feel free to bring a pillow to vocalise into if you’d prefer the sound barrier. Address & Details: 320A Upper Ganges Road. Sundays (Bi-Weekly): 6:00 - 7:45pm Sliding Scale $20 - $40 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket & water bottle. (Optional to bring a pillow & eye mask). You are also welcome to bring an item to add to the altar. *Please let me know if you’re coming by sending an email to: VibrantEmbodiment@gmail.com. This helps me to gauge numbers and send you additional information if needed.* Looking forward to gathering with you and supporting you in this journey! More information for those who are joining: • I would advise not eating a large meal before the breathwork journey. A light snack is okay. • You may wish to bring a journal to write in after the journey. This can be helpful for integrating any insights that come through during the breathwork. • Wear warm layers as temperature fluctuation is common during breathwork.
