Here's some more info about my background and the modalities I have studied:

I moved to Vancouver in 2018 to continue my studies and career in acting & filmmaking, and have traversed through a journey of self-exploration, introspection, shadow work & deep integration during this time. There have been many ups and downs to navigate through, and I have come to realize the importance of self-love as a core foundation of healing and transformation.

Over many years of studying a wide range of modalities and navigating my own self-discovery journey, I have gained vast experience & wisdom healing personal pain, expanding my capacity to embody my truth, and connecting more deeply with my being through embodiment practices such as breathwork, conscious dance, acting classes, plant medicine, vocal exercises, yoga, somatic bodywork and therapy, among other modalities.

My accreditations include being a certified Breathwork Practitioner, Dance As Medicine Facilitator, Dharma/Spiritual Life Coach, Shamanic Drum Dance Journey Facilitator, Filmmaker & Actor. I have experience guiding children & adults through a variety of embodiment journeys to support them in connecting with their bodies and to more fully express themselves.

I am also Trauma-informed, and living with this lens allows my work to be integrated with more care, intention & compassion.

Through my artistry, facilitation & embodiment, my purpose is to guide you deeper & deeper, back home to yourself.

In my downtime, I'm likely:

• Dancing anywhere and everywhere.

• Out on a nature walk with my husband.

• Learning Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology or any other fascinating system of exploration that forms the puzzle pieces of this human experience.

• Listening to a stimulating podcast.

• Jamming with friends, singing and playing instruments.

• Creating art. I love to write poetry and create videos.

• Swimming, diving & snorkeling. I love the water.

• Goofing around with my hubs, playing, laughing, enjoying our resonance.

• Attending or facilitating at retreats & festivals. I am fortunate to live somewhere with a diverse range of amazing experiences.

• Traveling to visit my family in NZ & Aus, or to explore new places around the globe.

Other details of my existence:

• I was born & raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand for the first 18 years of my life, then moved to Sydney, Australia for 7 years and then migrated to BC, Canada in 2018, where I am currently grounding into long-term living as a permanent resident.

• I worked as a personal care support worker with kids, teens & adults for a few years in Australia. It was rewarding, challenging and expansive. A time of massive growth.

• I used to train in Mixed Martial Arts (judo, jiu-jitsu, kick boxing & taekwondo).

• I was a musical theatre performer from ages 15 - 22. I very much enjoy expressing through singing, dancing & acting.

• I love adventure. Skiing, swimming, hiking, camping, tree climbing, you name it – I'm most likely up for it (or at least intrigued to give it a go).

• I am a goofball. I love to laugh, banter & play. Trying to not take life too seriously!

• (For the Astro/HD nerds 😉) I am a Cancer Sun, Aries Moon, Libra Rising (Western). Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, Virgo Rising (Vedic). 4/6 Generator with Sacral Authority. Gene Key 56 is my Sun gift.
