What is Soul Guidance?

Soul guidance (also known as Dharma Coaching), is essentially tapping into and connecting with the guidance from your soul. How do I support this process? By asking you valuable questions, guiding you through embodiment practices that allow for deeper connection with yourself, and providing tools, information and actionable steps that can support you in navigating life with more clarity, ease and alignment to your inner truth. 
This internal ‘soul guidance’ is also referred to as one’s inner voice, intuition or spiritual guidance. It is your own inner compass that can lead you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. To receive and hear your soul’s guidance, often requires intention, curiosity and openness. With a supportive space being held for this process, exploration of these deeper layers of one’s self can provide an opportunity for direct connection with your soul’s whispers, wisdom and knowing.

Aligned With Your Purpose

The world is rapidly changing and we are going through a massive collective awakening & shift right now in which many people are re-considering their identity, careers and lifestyles. Thousands of souls are starting to ask themselves questions such as; Why am I here? How can I best navigate life given my current circumstances? What are my aspirations? What is my purpose? Do I even have one? What are my gifts and how can I best serve the collective? 
These are all valid questions, and the answers can all be found within - (cliché I know, but it's true). Oftentimes our minds are so busy - full of chatter, thoughts & constant stimulation, that we aren’t able to hear our soul’s guidance. If we haven’t practiced deepening our connection to this wisdom, it may feel dull or blocked – like we know it’s there but it feels hard to access. 
The good news is, our soul’s guidance is always available - patiently waiting for us to slow down enough and allow ourselves space to actually hear it. Oftentimes it’s just a matter of clearing out the noise, tuning into our bodies, and asking the right questions.

Soul Guidance sessions are an opportunity to connect with your being on multiple layers including the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. It is an experience in which you and I will delve into and explore whatever you are seeking support with. Whether you have questions related to your purpose this lifetime, a big transition you are moving through, guidance for how to live a more aligned and fulfilling life, or all of the above - I am here to support you. 
I truly believe that the most truthful guidance we can receive for ourselves, comes from within our own beings. I am here to guide you in this process of deep inquiry, and provide support through a wide range of modalities, practices and helpful questions.

Each of us have unique talents, challenges, obstacles, skills, gifts, and life experiences that are all connected to our life path & purpose. I will support you in this journey of remembrance, discovery, exploration, expression and embodiment. Whether you are in the beginning phases of your personal awakening, or you're well on your way, I am excited to support you in any stage of your journey to embodying your authentic, vibrant self.

During our time together, you will have the option to include breathwork & movement practices for an even deeper dive into your innermost self. I am a certified breathwork & conscious dance facilitator, and weaving in these modalities is complementary to this work and can provide immense support.

This certification is the first of its kind offered by The Dharma Coaching Institute; A Double-Certification in Dharma Coaching and Spiritual Life Coaching. 
I completed my studies and obtained this double certification in 2021.

1:1 Session Details & Rates

After your free connection call, standard sessions will run for approximately 60 minutes; however, they may go up to 90 mins or slightly longer if combining breathwork and/or conscious dance into a single session. Our time together will commence over Zoom or in person (if you live on Salt Spring Island, BC). The zoom recordings are included and will be sent to you after each session.

Session Options:

✦ Single session
✦ 1 month (weekly, 4 sessions total)
✦ 3 month (bi-weekly, 6 sessions total) 
✦ 3 month (weekly, 12 sessions total)
✦ 6 month (bi-weekly, 12 sessions total)
✦ 6 month (weekly, 24 sessions total)

Working together extensively is usually most effective, and you can choose between weekly or bi-weekly options. I am also open to discussing a personalized option for you.

Before potentially working together, we will have an initial consultation to see if this service can support your needs (see the section below for more details).

Rates:

Single 60 min session: $90 USD
90 min session: $120 USD

For 1, 3 and 6 month packages, the hourly rate decreases. In some cases, I offer sliding scale options for those needing some extra support. We can discuss this privately in further detail.

Cancelation Policy:

If you have to cancel a scheduled session, communication must come in with at least 24 hours notice, or else it will count as a missed session. It is okay to reschedule with appropriate notice - the earlier the better.
