Play & creativity are essential for children's overall sense of well-being. Now more than ever, children are in need of supportive environments that nourish their authenticity. I'm passionate about guiding kids to fully express themselves, while teaching them healthy tools and practices for emotional release & regulation.
A critical period of brain development occurs from around age 2 to 7, providing the opportunity to lay healthy foundations for growth. What children absorb during this timeframe is so significant, that it impacts them for life. Research shows that exposure to an active & creative learning environment helps children develop physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively. Far too many children these days are glued to their tablets, sitting with terrible posture and not exercising their bodies enough. Kids are meant to move, explore the world around them, use their imagination, and play! This journey is designed to keep your children engaged and mentally stimulated, while moving their bodies and expressing themselves, in fun & creative ways. It will also help develop their sense of self, confidence, & worthiness - which will extend to how they relate to others and the world around them, and ultimately, their ability to develop into healthy, thriving adults. My intention is to support your children in all these ways, teach them self-love practices, and provide guidance for self-exploration, so they can feel more vibrant, happy, and connected to their authenticity!
