Are you feeling called to drop into your body, release tension and explore movement in a conscious, supportive environment?

You are invited to join this immersive online event as I guide you through a cosmic journey where we will be connecting with the current Aries energy.

This is a conscious dance experience. There is no right or wrong way to move and no choreography. You will be lightly guided through the journey but ultimately this is a chance for you to tune in with your own body and move however your body wants to move.

Anyone 18+ is welcome to join!

Aries is the first sign in the zodiac, with the cardinal energy initiating the start of spring. It is symbolized by the ram, expressing the desire to approach life head-on with a determined, unstoppable energy.

Aries is connected to the element of fire. The energy is passionate, ambitious, energetic & powerful. 

 

Combining breathwork & movement, we will be flowing to connect with our own inner spring - this spark of energy that is emerging from within as the days become longer, and we start to emerge from our cocoons.

We will dance to ignite our fire, explore our passion and express our own inner warrior.
